职责概述：负责处理新产品开发阶段相关issue, 为客端对AUO的技术窗口

详细工作内容：
1.Customer complaint handling：Receive customer complaint and provide optimized response to customer
2.Driving for continuous improvement to achieve MP criteria and higher customer satisfaction：To be the coordinator of NPI issue, providing solution and corrective action plan to customer to get MP approval.
3.Representative of AUO in attending customer\'s design issue review meeting and quality meetings：Well-known product spec., development status, process and quality criteria and could negotiate with customer.
4.Customer audit handling：To be the coordinator of audit during NPI stage and let audit Pass.

应聘要求：
2年以上新产品设计、研发或整合、制程相关经验，有光电行业经验较佳
